Here are some sources for low cost scope probes. They are 10X/1X switchable except as noted. I believe they are all fairly similar, but some vendors may include different accessories than others.
My experience with this type of probe is that they are not as good electrically as Tektronix or HP probes, but adequate for most uses, and they are actually more rugged mechanically. Unfortunately most of them do not have readout pins for HP/Tektronix scopes, so the scope will not indicate the correct volts/division scale factor for a 10X or 100X probe.
